Thought E2 counted as an "extra turn" not an action advanced so it wont be available for like the 2nd actual turn but rather the 3rd, which means a maximum of 6 attacks instead of 4 during her combust, no? As in the extra turn is like a seele resurgance that doesnt count as an actual turn for like buffs and such and therefore also not the cooldown either

THis video needs fact checking. 3:21 is a friggin close to perfect echo. Wth do you mean???? I dont think braxophone understands the dmg-bonus% substats. They are not as good, they are nieche. The reality is that in game, most characters' dmage profile is split between a lot of damage sources. An on-field havoc rover has only upto 28% of their damage from basic atk (on a full on-field rotation) meaning whatever basic atk dmg bonus you get, you might as well 1/4 them. Crit rate crit damage, atk% energy gen are universal stats. they are the real deal.

The main reason firefly restores % instead of flat energy is because she has to. They ballanced her around having downtime, and if she had the same energy regen during her combustion state she would just get back into her ulti instantly for free ... And if they ballanced her energy around being in combustion state then she would NEVER make it to combustion in a fight ... So ye the % energy out of combustion was well waranted lel
